Commercial Facilitation – How We Work

Pure Pay Capital Ltd facilitates commercial arrangements between qualified counterparties for the acquisition of high-value assets and business opportunities. All engagements are structured as business-to-business commercial contracts.

Engagement & Agreement

Following a commercial assessment, both parties execute a legally binding agreement setting out terms, timeline, security arrangements, and counterparty obligations.

Contract Administration

We provide contract administration services, coordinating payment flows strictly in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.

Asset Acquisition & Fulfilment

The acquiring party takes delivery of the asset or executes the business opportunity as set out in the agreement.

Settlement

Upon satisfaction of all contractual conditions, final settlement is completed per the agreed terms.
